Allen Leroy Stuve

On October 25, 2018 Allen Leroy Stuve of Edson, Alberta peacefully passed away with his family by his side at 81 years of age.

Left to forever cherish his memory are his son Brian (Laurie), son Greg (Kim), and daughter Michelle; grandchildren Kirstie (Dallas), Daniel (Janna), Devyn and Drew.  He leaves two great grandchildren, Cash and Rylan Fisher.  He is also survived by sisters-in-law Herta Stuve, Leona (Roland) Mullen and five nephews and their families. 

Al was predeceased by his loving wife Donna, parents Bert and Avis, stepmother Mary, brother James and nephew Douglas.

Al was born January 22, 1937 in Camrose, Alberta and raised in a farming family near Edberg, Alberta.  After leaving Edberg Al spent many years with Calgary Power, eventually settling in Edson.  He left Calgary Power to manage the Husky service station then pursued his calling, that as a salesman, with Jerry Ford then Bannister GM.  He ended his sales career with Happy Camper RV.  As a Kinsmen and K-40 member Al formed lasting friendships.  He was an avid golfer and enjoyed many winters in Palm Springs.  

Al will be fondly remembered by his family and many friends.
